Our basic birth package suits many of our clients seeking targeted labor/birth support. If you are planning for your second (or third, or sixth!) birth, or are purchasing birth doula services in conjunction with a package of postpartum doula services, this package will provide focused, hands-on attention to support your ongoing journey. Whether you are giving birth at the hospital, in-home or at a birth center, this package is for you.

Our Standard Birth Doula Package is our most popular package, and is targeted to first-time families or those planning a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) or seeking additional support and services. This package includes everything in the basic birth package to include a few extras.

This tapered six week package is offered following the birth of your new baby. This package is designed to support families after the birth of a baby. The doula is available to offer emotional support, assist with household tasks, offer guidance on newborn care, assist with newborn for birthing person/partner rest, and help with breastfeeding. Additionally, the doula can support older siblings and connect families to local resources. The primary goal is to ease the transition into parenthood and promote overall family well-being.

Our virtual support package is great for those who live outside of Hampton Roads (VA). You’ll be connected with our experts through video calls, messages, or phone calls, giving you the flexibility to receive support from the comfort of your home. You + your partner will be empowered to make confident, informed decisions to achieve a memorable birthing experience.

The Al La Carte package can be added to any of our birth doula packages or used separately within the first 6 months of birth. Care is provided as outlined in the Post Partum Doula package.
